Job Overview –
TerraCycle seeks to hire an experienced, and well-organized Inventory Manager to support the Global Operations team and contribute to the growth and smoothness of TerraCycle's daily operations.
What will your day to day look like?
- Daily monitoring of material and inventory movement activity across multiple TerraCycle Global markets and MRFs including:
- Activity and data evaluation and analysis
- Internal and external Reporting
- Troubleshooting of the data
- Tracking and reconciling issues
- Activity Approval and Archiving
- Escalation
- Travel to site(s) as needed
- Process documentation
- Implement process improvements as required
What skills should you have?
- Knowledge and experience in data analytics and reporting, good with numbers
- Experience as inventory manager or similar position
- Proficient using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Attention to detail
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks with deadlines
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
