Loop is currently available in the continuous U.S, and the greater Paris region in France, with plans to expand into several new markets including Canada, Japan, the UK and Australia by the end of 2021.
Job Overview
This position is for a French Speaking Materials Sales Associate (Freight Recycling) within the Business Development division. While this will start as a work-from-home position, this is an in-person office job based out of our Perivale Office in West London. The Materials Sales Associate (Freight Recycling) will be responsible for building and converting a pipeline of sales conversations that lead to proactive revenue. This person will report to the Global Director of Business Development – Freight Recycling, who is based out of our Trenton headquarters.
The successful candidate should be an excellent salesperson with outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. He or she must possess documented sales experience, preferably with some knowledge of polymers/plastics and the types of applications that they can go into. This role will require basic vendor and customer management so that the company’s needs are being met on a regular basis. TerraCycle’s unique business model and the fact that we work with various plastics, this job will require learning about the atypical, non-commodity grade materials that we collect and teaching our prospective clients about them as we go.
