We are looking for a talented candidate to help strengthen the Business Development team in London. As an Inside Sales Associate you will be working with an aim to drive the company’s rapid growth through acquiring new leads for the sales process.

This is a unique role for a resourceful, driven individual looking for an exceptional opportunity in the sustainability field. The position is based in Perivale, West London.

The Inside Sale Associate will report to a Business Development Manager and will closely collaborate with the entire Business Development Team (14 people).

This is a perfect entry level role for a candidate who wants to start a commercial career and develop its sales skills in the field of sustainability.

Responsibilities include:

Inside Sales Associate’s main goal is to fill the Business Development Associates’ pipelines with leads that come from outreach. Inside Sales Associate is responsible for sourcing leads for the Business Development Associates. The ultimate goal is to book qualifying calls that eventually turn into legitimate sales opportunities.

Key missions are:

  • With the support of the Business Development Manager, develop the outreach strategy for its markets
  • Create lists of targets industries and companies, identify prospects and find the decision makers’ contacts
  • Contact prospects in a creative and ultra personalized way (LinkedIn, email…)
  • Get qualifying call appointments for the BD Associates
  • Prepare the qualifying call (schedule the meeting, brief the BD Associate, create the deal in the CRM)
  • Manage inbound requests
  • Carry out a continuous follow-up of these prospects, update the information in our CRM on a daily basis
  • Source and attend networking events, community events and hearings to generate leads on the targeted industries

Requirements:

  • Proficient in French and English
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise emails
  • Fluency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
