Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced IT Product Owner to join the Loop IT team. We are looking for someone who is a fervent believer in Loop’s mission and who is not afraid of challenges and fast-growth in an evolving startup environment.

Responsibilities:

Align on the prioritization with business partners

Managing and making visible the product backlog, or the prioritized list of requirements

Defines Product Features

Being available to the development team to answer any questions team members have regarding the business’ needs and the business’ views of how the team is implementing a product feature.

Owns Product Strategy

Leads UX and UI design

Manages Business Expectations

Business and stakeholder communication

Manages the solution delivery process with external vendors.

Supports contracting processes with external vendors

Leads 3rd party integrations

Leads daily standups and the weekly plannings

Requirements:

Demonstrated PO experience

Experience in stakeholder management

Experience in working with development teams

Time Management

Ability to see the bigger picture

Ability to explain complex matters in an easily understandable way

Proactive and positive attitude

Language skills

Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian, both verbal and written.
