We are looking for an IT Project Manager for our office in Budapest to help us gain deeper insight into our business so that we can continue to improve it...
Scope
We’re looking for an IT PM to tackle several interesting assignments. You will be responsible for supporting deployment and process improvement projects, starting with an analysis and then based on the findings, either propose process updates, implement new interfaces between systems, or both to make the workflow more effective. The Project Manager acts as a change agent and proactively looking for improvement areas and propose solutions. You will be in close contact with the business stakeholders, making sure that the projects are executed according to the plan, in time and within budget.
The IT project Manager would also manage system integrations, improvements on existing systems (Hubspot CRM, and/or any future system we might need), starting with RFI/RFP process, implementation and documentation of the project, creation of user documents, end-user workshop and IT Ops trainings. Deployment of Microsoft Power BI.
