Loop is currently available in the mid-Atlantic and Northeastern U.S, and the greater Paris region in France, with plans to expand into several new markets including Canada, Japan, the UK and Germany in 2021.

Job Overview –

The TerraCycle Account Management Team is looking to hire a resourceful, autonomous and organised Account Executive to serve as a key point of contact for a portfolio of between 20-30 business clients regularly using TerraCycle’s Freight, Zero Waste Box or Envelope Services and for Zero Waste Box relist partners across Europe with a focus on France and the UK.

This role is in the Account Management Team and will report to the Senior Account Manager. The position is based in Perivale, West London (currently remote during COVID).

The primary responsibility of the role will be to respond to client requests and orders in a timely fashion and coordinate internal processes to get the services delivered for the clients. The Account Associate (Freight ZWB and Envelope) will work closely with the Senior Account Manager to execute and deliver strategies for repeat orders and partnership renewals as well as revenue growth and upsell opportunities for their portfolio of clients.

Recurring tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure all client inquiries are responded to in a timely fashion
  • Process orders and pick-up requests quickly and efficiently
  • Coordinate delivery of services and pick-ups with the internal Operations Teams
  • Support the Finance Team with Invoicing/PO related questions and ensure clients pay on time
  • Identify & resolve client concerns
  • Identify opportunities for upselling further services with clients
  • Develop internal FAQ documents for different services
  • Develop guideline documents for client use
  • Support AM team members with the creation of reports and presentations where required
  • Other administrative tasks that might be required in the AM team from time to time

Essential requirements/skills –

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English and French
  • Great organizational skills including attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise among competing tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps etc.
  • Solid team player who can collaborate cross-functionally and across cultures
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
  • A sense of resourcefulness, ability to adapt, and a positive, problem-solving attitude

Desirable experience –

  • Experience in client service and/or sales
  • Experience in a FMCG and/or B2B environment
  • Experience in project management
  • A demonstrated interest in sustainable/green business
